We rarely have any issues that require a reship, however when such an instance arises, we are here for you and generally do not require any additional funds from you to generate a reship. Please keep in mind reship issues are handled case by case
80% of our packs land within 5 business days. 99% of our packs land within 8 business days. Many of our packs land in 2-3 days, but yours might take a little longer. There is not much we can do to control the postal system. We must all ebb and flow with it. Please be patient.
If it has been 5 business days or more since you placed your order, we can issue you a tracking number. 99% of our orders land by this time. Please do not tie up our communication lines asking for a tracking number before our estimated delivery time is up

Any universal 510 cartridge battery will do, but please don't buy the cheapest one you can find. Most batteries have 3 settings – low, medium & high. We prefer the medium setting, but the low setting will do just fine. Do not use the high setting as it runs the risk of burning the cart.
